Mining Safety Specialist

Our client, a major player in the South African gold mining sector, requires a Mining Safety Specialist to be based at the mine's operations in the Carletonville area.

Job Specification

The successful candidate will require the following:                                 

  • Grade 12  or equivalent
  • Be computer literate
  • Have a Mine Overseer’s certificate of competence with a minimum of five years’ experience as a Shift Boss in an underground mining environment.
  • Experience as an appointed Mine Overseer will be advantageous
