District Sales Manager

My client in the Engineering/ Mining Industry is seeking the expertise of a District Sales Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Running and ensuring a smooth production process of the plant.
• Liaise with customers and build customer relations.
• Develop and maintain market share.
• Report on sales and marketing achievements.
• Maintenance of product quality.
• Supervise and Manage staff at the plant.
• Management of the health, safety and environmental programmes.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Grade 12 qualification and preferably a relevant tertiary qualification in the mining or construction field.
• A minimum of 5 years sales experience in a production environment at supervisory level with a strong commercial focus.
