Industrial & Employee Relations Officer

Requirements:
  • Male, age between 28-32 years old 
  • S1 Education Law. 
  • Min. 3 years experience as an Industrial & Employee Relation (preferably in a mining company). 
  • Preferably have experience and knowledge in the field of HRD. 
  • Mastering the labor laws applicable both technically and in the field for its application to the company. 
  • Strong negotiation skills well run and experienced workers as well as relationships with outside parties. 
  • Hardworking, diligent and communicative, have a good skill to analyze. 
  • Able to work under pressure. 
  • Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan or South Sumatra.
