Data Evaluation Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Compare data of survey, joint calculation and truck scale
Evaluate and develop analysis method
Review various document related to activity of Survey Sub Department.
  • Record and file survey document and data, both hard copy and soft copy and periodically conduct data back up.
  • Evaluate, review and develop record management
  • Prepare report on survey data process such as OB and coal volume, water volume at in pit dump, create mine topo etc
  • Evaluate and develop reporting system and format
  • Communicate QSE goals and standard in their area of responsibility. 
  • Monitor department’ personnel involvement in the implementation of QSE Management System.
  • Coordinate identification of incidents and non-conformance root cause and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Report and document all incidents and non-conformance in their respective areas
  • Identify development need of subordinates and determine their development method.
  • Conduct on the job training to subordinates. 
  • Share knowledge with subordinates and colleagues
  • Conduct and report on the implementation of management tools. 
  • Continuously improve work process to increase efficiency. 
  • Supervise implementation of management tools by subordinate
  • Manage survey equipment by registering, storing and maintaining survey equipment according to existing procedure.
  • Study and review overburden (OB), coal, topsoil and other data resulted from survey activity.
  • Key in and up date survey data such as roof, floor , topography etc.
  • Evaluate and review completeness of technical data in LDD Program and discuss alternative solutions to resolve problem in LLD operation
  • Review and analyze mine production data to determine OB and coal volume, water volume at in pit dump, create mine topo etc
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Geodesy or Geographic Science
  • Minimal 1 years experience in the same field and industry is a must
  • Age minimal 25 – 30 years old
  • Able to communicate in English is a must
  • Have experience in processing data using LDD and civil 3D software minimal 1 year is a must
  • Willing to placement in Kalimantan Timur
