The business is seeking a high calibre Industrial Engineer to enhance plant reliability, increase production efficiency and maximise profitability.

Job Description
Reporting to the site Operation Manager, the Industrial Engineer will be responsible for;

• Assessing the operational performance and quality of plant equipment.
• Implementing process improvements and capital projects.
• Developing best manufacturing processes for new products.
• Driving best practice processes in a safe and cost effective manner.

The Successful Applicant
As the Industrial Engineer you will champion safety within the workplace and ideally have;

• A tertiary Engineering qualification with demonstrated mass batch manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, powder coating and injection moulding.
• Experience co-ordinating equipment maintenance and strategic project implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive improvement on processes.
