Office Engineer

Requirements

  • Reports to the Resident Engineer. Uploads and monitors web based project management site. Transmits and tracks RFI’s, submittals, and issues. Schedules meetings, notifies involved parties and takes the meeting minutes. Assembles supporting information for change order process. Additional duties involve typing, mail distribution and managing the document control of the project files.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors of Science Civil Engineering is required.
  • Transit experience and IL PE.
