Accounts Payable Officer - Oracle

About the Role: 
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, responsibilities include: 

• Reviewing, sorting, and matching invoices. 
• Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date. 
• Preparing and processing checks and wire transfers. 
• Reconciliations. 
• Setting invoices up for payments. 
• Data entry. 

Key Skills and Requirements:
The successful applicant will have: 

• At least 3 years accounts payable experience. 
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures. 
• Extensive exposure to both reconciliations and data entry. 
• Experience using Oracle or another major ERP system. 
• Very good communication skills.
