Experienced Underground Coal Operators

Our Client is the emerging force in the Australian Coal mining industry. With a market capitalisation of more than $5 billion with a workforce which will surpass 1500 people in the next five years. They are committed to the safety and wellbeing of their employees and working constructively with local communities.

Their brand new Narrabri mine is a modern, technologically-advanced underground operation and about to commence longwall production with an expected life in excess of 25 years. They are now seeking experienced underground coal operators to join their team.

Key responsibilities: 

• Must demonstrate a personal commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a multi-skilled team environment and mentor inexperienced crew members

Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 12 months underground coal mining face experience mandatory, longwall experience will be an advantage
