Job Description
This position is based close to Tamworth and offers a drive in drive out opportunity, family friendly roster for those who prefer to stay closer to home. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Mining Superintendent has responsibility for managing the Production Crew (up to 80 people on site) and achieving financial targets for the operation whilst ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing mining business with great career development opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will ideally possess:

• Open Cut Examiner Certificate
• Working experience in an open cut coal operation
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant Australian legislation
• High level of communication and people management skills
