Senior Hydro Technical Hydraulics

Position Summary:

As a Senior Hydro Technician you will be working with pre-feasibility and feasibility assessments followed by detailed design and construction.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform hydraulic and hydrologic engineering tasks. I.E. field investigations, engineering analysis, and design of dams, levees, canals, flood control, hydro electric facilities and other water resources projects.
• Physical ability to perform field work in all conditions
• Create technical memos, reports, construction specifications, cost estimates, schedules, and construction documents.
• Some Domestic travel

Qualifications:

• 15 years experience
• B. Sc in Civil or Hydraulic Engineering
• Civil engineering knowledge with emphasis on site layout and grading, roads, pipelines, open channel hydraulics.
• Hydraulic structure design, structural engineering, seismic engineering, and geotechnical engineering
• P. Eng Status
• CAD, MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, hydraulic modeling software
