They are experiencing continuous return clientele, technological advancements and improvements as these markets continue to accelerate and are now seeking to employ an Intermediate to Senior Automation Engineer - SCADA. 
As the manufacturer of these products this company will mentor and train the Automation Engineer into an expert on their range of products. 

The Role 
Due to continued growth an opportunity has become available for an Intermediate to Senior Automation Engineer to join their team based in Melbourne. 

The responsibilities of the role include: 

• Detailed design, review of design, and implementation of substation/industrial automation systems
• Lead or participate in FAT and/or SAT
• Assist in tenders or project variation offers as required
• Act as a technical design and functionality specialist across this companys broad range of substation automation systems.
• Compile documents and detailed automation reports.

You 
To be successful in this role you will need: 

• An Electrical Engineering degree with specific experience in Automation.
• Technical design experience and knowledge of substation automation systems specifically SCADA.
• Knowledge and understanding of protection and automation systems.
• Experience within the Power and Distribution Sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional ethics
