Estimator

Our Client:
 Our client is a specialist mechanical and fabrication service provider to the construction and maintenance industries. ASX listed and their parent company provides turnkey solutions to blue chip engineering clients in the mining, energy and power sectors.

Reporting to the Proposals Manager our client is looking for an experienced SMP Estimator to join their Perth operations.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Review of tender documentation
  • Provide accurate cost estimates for projects

Background:
  • Trade Certificate and Trade background
  • Experience in Mechanical, Piping and Structural Engineering environments
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Construction/SMP Estimation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programmes
  • Exposure to heavy industrial projects
  • Familiarity with tender documents
  • Success in pricing of variation claims
