Mechanical Fitter

This is an opportunity for a Mechanical maintenance fitter experienced in industrial sites to join this iconic company. Both day and afternoon shift positions available.
 
 
The scope of the work includes the undertaking of daily maintenance activities focusing on fault finding and problem solving as well as implementing ongoing improvements.    
 
 
This role requires sound mechanical knowledge as well as in–plant maintenance experience.
 
 
When applying for this position please note the following pre-requisites:

• Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
• Sound MIG & TIG welding experience.
• Experienced in fabrication.
• Experienced in fault finding and problem solving
• An awareness of OH&S procedures
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Team leader experience an advantage, but not essential
