Senior Business Analyst - SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)

• We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst SAP SD in our Milwaukee, WI location.

Responsibilities:

• Work on a global team to support and implement SAP/SD in our business units
• Analysis of global business processes and procedures
• Recommending approaches for new or improved processes
• Collecting business requirements and translating into technical specifications
• SAP configuration, testing of processes and troubleshooting of software or business problems
• Participating in SAP project rollouts and enhancements
• Communicating and serving as the liaison with Sales and Distribution users and SAP team on quote entry, sales order entry, pricing, shipping, delivery, credit management and billing processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in technical or business field
• 3 to 5 years of SAP Configuration and Implementation experience and functional business experience (5+ years is preferred)
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module of SAP
• CRM, specifically “Salesforce.com” experience, is also very desirable
• Business knowledge should include all phases of systems development, from analysis through implementation, production support, and project planning.
• Competency with writing queries is preferred
• Effective communication and presentation skills (English). Ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese and/or Mandarin is a plus
• Must be willing to travel approximately 25 – 35% of time (domestic and international travel required)
• This position will be located at our Milwaukee, WI, [Company] office

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5-7 years relevant working experience including expertise in enterprise architecture. Skills such as interviewing stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, and consensus building are required.
• Experience leading large group meetings/information gathering sessions with senior-level team members and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional experience with n-tier application architectures development.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to function at both the detail and conceptual levels.
• Knowledge of Data Modeling, Data Integration.
• Experience with service-oriented architectures and XML.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010 product, Project Server, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer.
• Good understanding of related 3rd party products such as Doc Ave, Nintex, K2 would be plus.
• Additional technical qualifications should include hands-on experience in several of the following products or technologies:.NET Development Platform (Visual Studio, .Net Framework), C#, C++, VB.Net, ASP.Net, WinForms, Databases, Transact-SQL, XML, Soap, Web Services, Agile development methodologies, SQL Server, Exchange, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server.
