As a Geologist in this organisation you will be reporting to the Supervisor of Field Geology and will be responsible for implementing exploration programs in a safe and efficient manner. This role will see you:

• Complying with company OH&S standards
• Managing contractors and field staff
• Core logging & geological interpretation
• Providing day-to-day geological assistance to all mining operations
• Geological modeling

Candidates will be able to demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and show a high level of drive & motivation to achieve results.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor of Geology or similar
• A minimum of 5 years experience in exploration
• Some knowledge of coal geology is essential
