Commercial Manager

Our client, a Perth based exploration company developing a Greenfields project in West Africa, seeks to appoint the services of an experienced Commercial Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting, supply, procurement, expediting, warehousing, information technology and communications, legal and statutory compliance.

To be considered, you will have:
  • 8 - 12 years of experience as a Commercial Manager. 
  • Previous mining Greenfields experience highly desirable 
  • Degree in Commerce plus MBA. 
  • Computer literate with expertise in MS Office. 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • A minimum of French language ability mid to proficient level 
  • Be a team player 
The position is offered on a 6/3 week rotation, commuting business class from your point of hire. The role will initially be based in the country’s largest city and as the project progresses the position will be based on site.
