Technical Training And Development Manager

We are urgently looking for Technical Training and Development Manager with Mining exp:

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma / Certificate in HRD is essential
• Engineering Trade / Mining Certificate
• 3-5 years training experience (development and implementation of training system and processes)
• 3-5 years Underground experience in trackless and conventional mining environment
• Extended knowledge and proficiency in various Computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, PowerPoint, SAP)

Job Specification

You will be required to:      

• Develop Training Strategy and Balanced Scorecard with consideration of i.e. EE Act, Skills Development Act and Mine Specifics, etc
•  Ensure correct skills are available at the correct time all the time through liaising with Human Capital, business units in order to determine training and development  needs
• Develop, and ensure implementation of policies with regard to training and development across the different levels of organisation
• Form partnerships with tertiary organisation to ensure that company policies and procedures are relevant and attractive• Representing the organisation through MQA (MSC and Engineering representation) and COM liaisons
• Build internal and external partnerships and network
