Property and Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities: 
  • This role is tasked to oversee operational activities to ensure facilities and vehicles are maintained optimally to support company activities.
  • Facilities and Vehicles Planning – Oversee, manage, and coordinate approved activities intended for the construction of administrative buildings and facilities and acquisition of transportation equipment to meet Project requirements.
  • Property and Vehicle Maintenance – Plan, develop, and manage implementation of appropriate maintenance programs targeted at keeping company facilities / structures and vehicle fleet in optimum operating condition.
  • Contract Management – Manage,monitor, and evaluate delivery of terms and conditions embodied in 3rd party contracts for the repair and maintenance of facilities, structures, vehicle fleet, and other associated services to ensure compliance with company-prescribed timelines, standards, and financial requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
  • Seven (7) years work experience relevant to property management and vehicle fleet maintenance, preferably in a senior supervisory role
  • Strong background in administrative procedures and systems, vehicle repair and maintenance, procurement, asset management, inventory management, and contracts management
  • Demonstrated competency in planning, organisation, and cost control
  • Highly proficient in the use of MS Office suite of applications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and customer service orientation
