Our client is a major distributor of mining equipment in the region. They are the market leader in Central Asia and are expanding to cater for the growing demands of these tiger economies.
 
Reporting to the Senior Parts & Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Manager will solely be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and processes for existing and future warehousing projects in Central Asia. This will be achieved by developing and mentoring the local warehouse personnel to a high standard.

To be considered for this role, you will possess:

• Tertiary or TAFE education level 
• 15+ years of experience in a similar role 
• Understanding of the mining industry and environment, with special emphasis on equipment and distribution business 
• Previous dealer background preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills

This is a residential position based in a capital city with site visits as required during the week.  The role offers a competitive package to accommodate a family or single status. The package on offer includes a generous travel allowance to return to POH, accommodation, schooling and medical coverage. Also included are short term incentives and a bonus payable on completion of the three year contract.
