We have a requirement for a Geotechnical Design Engineer to join a strong team of engineers working for a Global advisory and design consultancy to be based near Farnborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a design engineer to establish themselves within a recognised multi national consultancy.

Candidates will have an academic background in Civil Engineering and would be beneficial for you to further possess an MSc in Geotechnical Engineering.

It is essential you have previous consultancy experience specifically in design of underground structures and highways with an understanding of foundations, slope stability and retaining walls. You will be able to demonstrate your technical competence from the outset and produce factual and interpretive reports to match your work.

Typical duties will see you undertake the design requirements for projects and implement them with on site management. Writing reports and site investigation appraisals are a fundamental requirement of the day to day running of proposed sites.
