Maintenance Supervisor

Our client is a Tier 1 organization in the Toronto area, and they are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team on a FT basis. (Morning Shift 7AM -3Pm)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily "maintenance" operations of the Plant
• Over see the maintenance, and repair of machinery equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to ensure direction to targets is maintained and goals are met.
• Train Staff on all company policies, procedures, and health and safety
• Constantly monitoring plant for "trouble spots".

Qualifications:

• 4 + years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor ( My client is open to individuals that are Millwrights) In an automotive industry
• Knowledge of TS 16949
• Strong Mechanical / electrical aptitude
• Great communication skills (verbal and Written)
