Asistente de Ventas

Descripción del Cargo:

Prestigioso empresa líder en la fabricación de caucho y poliuretano especializados en el sector de Minería, Industria, Metalmecánica requiere de una ASISTENTE DE VENTAS para sus oficinas ubicadas en Surco.

Requisitos:

  • Egresado o estudiante de las carreras de Técnica en Administración o ventas, Marketing.
  • Conocimientos de ingles (escrito).
  • Conocimientos de Excel a nivel Intermedio (indispensable).
  • Rango de edad de 23 - 27 años.
  • Sexo femenino.
Funciones:

  • Seguimiento de la cartera del Gerente Comercial.
  • Tomar pedidos, ingresarlo al sistema y realizar el seguimiento de aprobación en créditos y hasta su despacho.
  • Redactar y tipear la correspondencia de la GC.
  • Recepcionar, distribuir y controlar la tramitación de los documentos que ingresan o salen de la G.C.
  • Asistir a los vendedores en las llamadas a los clientes cuando estén en la calle y reportar por el correo.
