Account Manager - Strong Technical function

This leading global manufacturer of flocculants and coagulants works primarily in the mining and waste water industries. As a fast growing business, they require a driven, enthusiastic and experienced sales person to spearhead the growth in the Paper, Waste Water Treatment and Sand Washery markets in the Albury - Wodonga district and surrounding areas. 

Working autonomously, you will foster existing client relationships and identify new growth opportunities in your delegated region of Victoria. Working in the field much of the time, you will provide technical and commercial support to existing and prospective customers. Your market confidence will enable you to leverage off your technical knowledge as well as the company's reputation to open doors and develop strong, long lasting relationships with your clients. 

To be successful in this position you will require the following: 

• A Science qualification is preferred but not essential
• Industry experience preferably in the application of flocculants and coagulants or associated water treatment reagents
• Experience working within a technical role for a Paper Mill will be highly regarded
• A proven track record in Sales
• Excellent time management skills
• Self motivation, enthusiasm and drive
• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent business acumen
• Problem solving skills
