Product Support / Trainer

Applicants must be highly motivated and Mechanically Trade Qualified. Experience working with Underground Mining Equipment is preferable but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidates.

You will need to be a team player with sound troubleshooting, fault finding and on board circuit knowledge to be part of a technical team supporting the latest in technology on COALTRAM Underground loaders.

This position involves the following:

• Provide Technical support and training at various sites throughout NSW and QLD area.
• Responsible for high level diagnostics support to customers and DMS field technicians.
• Liaising with customers and DMS management to resolve technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved
• Hands on approach to supporting COALTRAM Underground loaders

You will need to:

• Be Highly motivated and be able to work independently
• Willing to learn
• Be flexible
• Mechanical trades background experience working with Underground *Have a Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment (or be prepared to achieve qualification)
• Comprehensive product specific training will be provided.

Positions are available for an immediate start and successful applicants will need to undertake paid workshop based product training in the Newcastle area if they do not have mining industry experience.
