To ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes the necessity for an experienced and proven site supervisor has become apparent. Reporting directly to the Project Manager and functionally to the construction manager you will play a key role in maintaining/improving site efficiency while ensuring works are being completed as scheduled. With this role being pivotal to construction process you will be granted substantial autonomy in terms of managing your onsite team, which includes all functions & disciplines of onsite activities.
The ideal candidate will have evolved from an electrical trades background with extensive Site Management experience on large scale civil/construction projects. You will posses proven leadership abilities and commitment to the site management function. In addition to this, your key duties will include but not limited to the following;
Assist in the management of programming, scheduling and day-to-day procurement activities while mentoring the onsite team
Assist in site activity quality inspections
Provide support in all commissioning activities
Assume overall responsibility for all other site project requirements
Liaise with Client Site Representative on project issues
Development of R&R schedule to ensure coverage of management, supervision and subcontractor activities and responsibilities
Ensure compliance with regulations, specifications, permits and licenses
Review all Incident Reports and ensures all follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner
Coordinate the supervision of all construction activities on site,

To be considered for the positions we require:
Minimum 5 years experience in an onsite Construction Management Role is essential
Engineering degree or Diploma in Engineering would be highly regarded
Electrical background
Ability to work under pressure and deal with challenges effectively
Good understanding of statutory regulations, procedures & specifications
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
