Our client is looking for candidates from an early earth works, heavy haulage and road, rail background.
The right candidate for the role will have demonstrable track record of:
Assessing and mitigating project risks.
Understanding and championing HSE regulations and standards
Managing, mentoring and developing a diverse team of construction staff.
Preparing budgets, forecasts and being able to implement cost control measures.
Excellent commercial acumen (contracts, procurement, cost, planning etc).
Excellent communications skills especially when dealing with peers, senior management and the client.
Assessing and mitigating project risks.
Experience with early earthworks, road/bridge construction and or rail/heavy industrial haulage.

The ideal candidates will possess:
Minimum 4-5 years experience on EPCM projects
Tertiary engineering qualifications with a civil specialisation.

Strong organizational skills
Ability to undertake design and engineering of concepts
