HS&E Manager

With multiple sites across SA and headquarters based in Adelaide, this Electrical success story is building a reputation for providing a high standard of industrial and commercial services to the mining industry. To support continued growth and success, they are now seeking to recruit an OHS Manager.

Primarily responsible for driving OHS best practice nationally across the business you will develop and implement a framework to target zero harm. Critical to this is the introduction of performance indicators around safety and building of relationships with key stakeholders within the sites. You will be proactive in your approach and provide training analysis and assessment and subsequent delivery to ensure all employees are aware of their role and responsibilities around safety. You will manage OHS administration including injury / risk management, policies, procedures and reporting and coordinate regular risk assessments and compliance audits.

You will be proactive by nature and have the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. You are passionate about OHS and are focussed on working towards the best possible business outcome. You are adaptable and can work strategically whilst remaining hands on, with the flexibility to be able to travel regularly. A demonstrated background within a specialist OHS field is essential with related tertiary qualifications viewed favorably.
