Due to an increased demand of processing, this organisation has created a new role for a Shutdown Leader to manage all facets of the shutdowns within a crucial part of the processing plant. This role will have accountability for effectively planning, preparing and executing the Overhauls throughout multidisciplinary crews and contractors which include mechanical, E/I and refractory work. There will be a strong focus on coordinating all of these areas within a tight deadline and will involve planning for around the clock labour.

The successful applicant will have an engineering or similar professional qualification and have a proven history in Maintenance within a Fixed Plant environment as a supervisor or higher. Experience with project management and contractor control will be highly regarded.
