· Relevant tertiary qualifications · 5 -10 years proven experience in the administration & management of contracts & contractors. · Demonstrated commercial acumen in the engineering and construction environment. · Previous experience working on EPCM projects · Proven experience in the management of contracts and contractors · Understanding of Australian standards and contract law
· Reviewing Scope of work and contract conditions · Managing tendering, evaluation & award of contracts · Assessing, reviewing & advising Senior / Project Managers in respect of contractor claims for variations, progress claims and extensions · Overseeing the execution of contracts · Managing internal and external stakeholders · Ensuring that all commercial requirements of the contract are satisfied.
