Join a proud Western Australian focussed Nickel producer, who are currently seeking a Senior Underground Mine Geologist to provide leadership and direction to a small mine geology team; liaise with with all areas of the mining operation. To also ensure the delivery of quality geology information and advice to add value to the operation as a whole.


As Senior Underground Mine Geologist you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of enthusiastic geologists. You will be involved in overseeing daily production duties whilst managing a variety of projects. The team will be responsible to define the deposit lode shape and geometry, using all available information.


Senior Mine Geologist applicants will ideally have the following skills and experience:

• Relevant tertiary Qualification - Geology Degree
• Sound Understanding of underground mining
• Good knowledge of geological software - Surpac 
• Excellent geological modelling skills
• Project and team management experience
• Resource estimation skills
• Report writing
• Analytical skills
• Ability to build sound working relationships
