Inspector

Job Summary:

• Responsible for managing the completion of a property inspection, capital needs assessments, and reports

Essential Functions (and other duties may be assigned as required):

• Coordinate the scheduling of site inspections upon receipt of project from management
• Make travel arrangements including air, hotel, car etc. as needed
• Perform site inspections
• Communicate with appropriate management regarding site-specific issues
• Perform site-related research
• Complete pre and post-interviews with Environmental Project Managers (if an ESA is being completed)
• Compose a written report with applicable attachments and forms
• Compile site-related appendix documents including maps and site photographs
• Complete revisions to reports upon review by management
• Prepare electronic draft reports for issuance to the client
• Complete expense forms in a timely manner

Non-Essential Functions (performed on an infrequent basis):

• Provide correspondence as it is received and update the reports with pertinent information
• Review previous engineering or contractor reports as well as scopes of work and recommendations and incorporate findings into D3G report
• Provide assistance to other Project Managers in the completion of their tasks
• Utilize support staff for completing administrative portions of the project
