Driller

Our client is a strong leader in the provision of mineral exploration and has over 40 years experience in the Asia Pacific Region.  With long term contracts with some of the biggest mining companies in the region, we are now seeking experienced Drillers to join their growing team.


Reporting to the Drill Supervisor the successful applicants will ensure the smooth running and operation of all drilling activity and will be responsible for:
  • Implementing drilling programs;
  • Supervising the movement of drills, personnel, materials and equipment during rig shifts;
  • Working in a safe manner by following company working procedures for all drilling activities.
  • The successful applicant will:
  • Have at least three years diamond core drilling experience with geotechnical drilling experience advantageous;
  • Be a self starter who can operate autonomously;
  • Have the ability to work with, develop and lead multi-cultural teams;
  • Have a high degree of computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office;
  • Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
