Maintenance Laborer

Job Description:          

• Assist as a helper on facility maintenance repairs.

Requirements:

• Must have manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools such as shovel, rake, pipe wrench and drill motor.
• Must have experience in general trade skills such as carpentry, masonry, fence repair, plumbing, painting, miscellaneous repairing, etc.
• Must have eyesight correctable to safely operate maintenance equipment.
• Must be willing to care and be accountable for assigned tools and equipment.
• Must have interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with people in a professional manner.
• Must be able to function with a minimum of direct supervision.
• Must be able to use hand and mechanical tools and equipment effectively to accomplish desired results.
• Must be able to climb ladders.
• Must have mechanical skills sufficient for routine equipment maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver license.
