Junior Mine Surveyor

This vibrant Australian iron ore producer is looking for an ambitious Graduate Mine Surveyor to join them at this exciting and challenging operation. They have a number of sites across WA and a bright future in the industry, and are rapidly establishing themself as a highly respectable and successful miner.
 
Reporting to the Senior Mine Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting in the achievement of mine production targets in an efficient and effective manner. You will provide manage and provide accurate survey data to the relevant parties, including the mine planning and drill & blast teams. As well as these duties you will be involved in grade control, volume calculations, monthly reporting and various other duties, making this an exciting all round role in which to hone your skills and learn your trade.
 
You will have a tertiary degree or diploma in Mine Surveying and practical experience. Proven knowledge and ability in relevant software and instruments will see you hit the ground running, and your can-do attitude and great communication skills will ensure your positive contribution to the technical team.
