Process Superintendent

This company is a well recognised multi-national with a large operation on the outskirts of Perth. The company is looking to succession plan and it is for this reason they are looking for a Process Superintendent.
 
This role holds responsibility for overseeing the day to day processing of the plant. You will be responsible for managing supervisors and ensuring the production targets are met. You will also be accountable for safety, environmental and cost control. Along with the technical team you will identify problems and solve issues ensuring the company has all the resources needed to succeed. You will manage and mentor the teams with performance management to help individuals develop through the company.
 
As the company looks to expand you will look to play an instrumental role helping direct operations and encouraging growth. You will be ambitious and will look to become the next Process Manager. A degree in engineering would benefit you in this application process. As the successful applicant you will have firm understanding of hydrometallurgical processes and have a thirst to learn new processes and procedures. You will already have worked in Senior Management with good line management experience.
