The Planning and Engineering Superintendent vacancy is a brand new role which will be reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. This role will be responsible for the Process Maintenance Engineering and Planning team, ensuring the successful delivery of the maintenance and operational improvements strategies through driving the development and implementation of these strategies, carrying out investigations of failures and implementing changes in equipment optimising availability, overseeing work management processes, project managing improvements to the process plant and supporting all reporting engineers. 

The successful incumbent will have a Bachelor of Engineering with extensive post graduate experience, experience as a Superintendent in a Processing environment, strong planning and project management skills, strong knowledge of budgeting and cost controlling and have a very strong background in high volume people management specifically within a large mining operatio
