Training Advisor

This forward thinking organisation is one of Australia’s leading mining companies. With a successful operation located in the Northern Territory and expansion in place, an immediate requirement has arisen for a proven training professional.
 
In this diverse role you’ll be responsible for the delivery of inductions and training coupled with ensuring adherence to compliance requirements. In addition, assisting in the development of training tools and programmes is also a key element of this role.
 
You’ll have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment coupled with demonstrated training experience. You’ll have strong interpersonal skills in order to deliver training and inductions.
