Receptionist

National Mining Supplies and Solutions Company require a Front Line Receptionist. Only South African citizens, who are suitably qualified, live in the applicable area and meet the requirements of the position are eligible to apply for this vacancy.

This company requires a well presented professional receptionist to energetically attend to all client enquiries, directing visitors to appropriate contacts, answering incoming calls, and arranging appointments for guests to meet with relevant company staff.

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Has to be computer literate with Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
• Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction when dealing with customer enquiries and complaints
• Making invoices for clients
• Opening of job cards
• Proficient in all administration skills
• Effective data capturing skills
• Ability to efficiently perform all filing duties
• Excellent telephonic etiquette
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans and must have the ability to speak an Africa Language
• The successful candidate should have excellent people skills, a confident and happy approach when dealing with the clients, patience and understanding
