The Business Assessor will provide Audit, Training, Support, Advice and Reporting on Health and Safety matters to Operations within their designated region.
The role will include the management and undertaking of the programme of H&S Flag Audits (supported by others), to ensure an annual assessment of compliance to their H&S systems and procedures is undertaken and that action plans and corrections are put in place as required.
The role will include support to contract start ups within the HED business and to undertake individual projects as required from time to time on behalf of the Business. The Business Assessor will also undertake Business System Audits with other members of the Business Support Team on a national basis to ensure that services are being operated in accordance with our Business Systems.
The over-riding purpose of this role is to ensure that the Services are operated within legal and statutory guidance and that this can be supported by appropriate evidence. This includes compliance with Health and Safety Systems, Business Systems and Procedures as well as compliance with local clients' Policies and Procedures, as required.
The role will include liaison with Operations Directors and attendance and coordination at divisional meetings as required. Candidates will ideally have a background working in a strategic health & safety position for an FM Service Provider. CMIOSH through NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
