Our client is recognised as a truly Western Australian Multi Disciplined Construction company with a track record of delivering projects in WA over the last 40 years. During this time they have grown and acquired to be today currently holding more than $1bn worth of work in hand and they are still seen as both an employer of choice by candidates and contractor of choice by most of the major mining and Resources companies.
They are currently delivering a project in the Port and facilities area in WA of the worlds biggest mining company they are charged with the construction of new facilities as well as refurbishment and upgrades to existing facilities on a large scale, the duration of the development is for a further 12 months.
The requirement of Senior Project Manager to take this Multi disciplined and complex delivery project through to completion is essential, the right remuneration and benefits will be matched to the right candidate who can bring construction experience for buildings and amenities preferably within a mining remote environment.
You will be supported by the business for whatever resources you need and have access to a strong technical and commercial team to help you deliver.
Those with a Strong track record of delivery in Commercial Buildings or Non Process Infrastructure will be highly valued; ideally you will have been ultimately responsible for middle to high end valued contracts in excess of $100m and a minimum of $50m projects with specific accountability for the total outcome.

The ability to mentor and drive a team as well as interface with client stakeholders to ensure a product fit for purpose and expectations is essential. Equally you will know how to get the best from subcontractors to ensure project goals and timeframes are met.
