Legal Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and/or construct legal framework draft(s), memorandum(s) of judicial and regulatory updates, review & revise contract(s)/agreement(s) and documentation (s)
  • Handling government license(s) and compliance(s) for both corporate and various project-related documentation(s), and formal liaisons with government official(s) and relevant stakeholders
  • Handling legal affairs and preparing relevant document data and papers as required by management, both for local and/or offshore compliances
  • Providing advice, mitigate, and/or settlement on legal affairs, issues, disputes etc.
  • Serving and represent as legal consultant and/or counsel to the organization for all department
Requirements:
  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Law
  • Have at least 11 years experience in Legal field(Corporate legal, Administrative & Licenses).
  • Extensive knowledge of legal concepts, principles, terminology, and procedures
  • Knowledge of drafting legal reports and documents
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Have a good command of English both oral & written
  • Able to adapt to teamwork while also possesses proficient individual skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • To be placed at Tanjung – South Kalimantan
