Sales Manager - Field Services

One of the Bowen Basins largest mining machinery maintenance labour hire service firms is looking to appoint a Sales Manager for their field labour force to manage their Southern Bowen Basin operation.  This is an opportunity to join an organisation that offers a great work - life balance and places great importance on working as a collaborative team.
 
 THE ROLE
 
Reporting directly to the General Manager - Field Labour Services you will take ownership of your region with the primary focus to service, maintain and expand an existing client base and an established field work force whilst successfully executing strategic profitable growth as a regional territory manager.    
 
The role is based out of Rockhampton and involves high sales performance and high reward developing regional growth travelling within regional Central Western Queensland.  You will need to be confident and self motivated with a high level of negotiation skills, thrive on the challenge of balancing customer needs against consistent profitable growth. It is essential that you have demonstrated a strategic and proactive leadership style whilst driving business expansion within the Central Western Labour Hire region.

• Trade Qualified - Mechancial, Diesel Fitter 
• Experienced at working on mine sites
• Able to communicate effectively with a diverse  audience

SALARY PACKAGE

• Base Salary $130,000 Plus
