Geotechnical Engineer - Underground

This role presents the opportunity for an experienced Underground Geotechnical Engineer to get in with one of the major players in the Australian mining industry. With world-class operations both throughout Australia and further afield this company are continually striving to keep their status as reputed leaders in their field.


This role would see you working Monday – Friday and being home every night. You would be reporting to the Senior Geotechnical Engineer and providing support and advice across the Technical Services Team as well as operations personal.


The successful applicant will be a degree qualified professional with at least 3 years underground experience in a similar role. The successful applicant will also be able to demonstrate:

·         Strong communication skills
·         The ability to engage and manage consultants as required
·         Sound computer skills and familiarity with relevant software
·         A commitment to providing a safe working environment at all times
