Leading mining operator with coal operations throughout Queensland. Responsible for total mine operations for life of mine contract at this open cut coal site. This operation produces hard coking and thermal coal.

Currently looking to fill the role of Mining Superintendent. This role will see you lead and drive your team to deliver operational and financial targets.

 You will ensure all mining practices on site are compliant, ensure safety is paramount and reach your cost and production goals. Improving operational efficiency, implementing quality standards and ensuring all statutory compliance is met will form part of this senior role.

To be successful in this role you will have;

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry experience
• Substantial experience in an open cut coal operation
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
