- [Company] is currently seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to help assist with the company's report production process, including proofreading, editing and formatting client reports. The individual will help insure that reports comply with [Company] style guide and other relevant report standards as well as perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as required by the Lead Administrator. In addition, will help assist and support Project and Proposal Coordinators with project workflow, project reports, correspondence and other administrative duties as requested. Will also provide front desk/phone assistance as needed. This is a temporary position located at [Company] new Walnut Creek, California office.
Job Requirements:
- BS/BA degree
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and interact with staff at all levels
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous deadlines
- Professional demeanor and a flexible, proactive team player
- Excellent proofreading/editing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of BST system a plus
- Familiarity with Spanish and French desirable
- Local candidates only, no relocation or benefits are provided. This is a temporary assignment.
