Divisional Manager - Production

A South African company involved in mining, energy, and chemicals, is looking for a Divisional Manager - Production (Secunda).

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• BEng/BSc Engineering/BTech (Chemical)
• 8 + years’ experience in Chemical Process or related industry

Knowledge/Skills/Requirements:

• Business Qualification (MBA/MBL)
• Synfuels process experience

Responsibilities:

• Cost and budget control
• Ensure plant output conform to plans
• Process and quality control
• Ensure long and short term plant availability to produce the required budget
• Manage the entire value chain of the business within the Refining domain from feedstock supply to final product despatch
