Exploration Geologist - Gold

This mid gold producer is undertaking a major project review in the Laverton region.

You will be responsible for the management and development of new, high quality exploration projects in the area. You we be with team of experienced geologists and report directly to the senior management

Your duties will include but not limited to:

Lead a team of exploration professionals in all areas of the exploration process;
Budgeting of work programs
Managing drill programs
Designing drill programs

Oversee the Exploration Research program.


Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in Geology
Between 1 - 3 years experience
Experience in gold exploration, tenement management and exploration reporting
Previous experience managing significant exploration programs highly desired
Strong leadership skills
Micromine experience

You will work a 8/6 roster with exploration programmes, there will also be time some campaign work involved as and when the business requires
