Senior Geo Environmental Engineer

We have an urgent requirement for a Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer to work for a specialist Geotechnical and Geo-Environmental Site Investigation organisation based near Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding site investigation organisation working on projects across the UK and Europe.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of leading site investigations through to practical completion. An understanding of industry design software such as WALLAP, gINT, Slope/w would be beneficial to your application.

You must be degree educated preferably in Geology or an Earth science related subject with a further MEng in Soil Mechanics, Geo-Environmental engineering /Geotechnical engineering and actively be working towards chartered status. You will have previously worked within a consultancy organisation before working to tight deadlines and completing projects in the allocated duration.

Typical duties will include supervision of site investigations including drilling operations, site layout and monitoring junior engineers. You will be expected to develop factual and interpretative reports and build professional relationships through client liaison.
