Open Cut Examiner

Our client is seeking a suitably qualified Open Cut Examiner for their coal mining operations in the Bowen Basin.


The successful applicant will be responsible for the efficient, safe and reliable regulation of mining activities on the site and will ensure production targets are met whilst maintaining high levels of safety.  This role will also be responsible for statutory checks of the pit, assisting with risk assessments and conducting inspections to ensure all non-conformances are identified and corrected.


The successful applicant will have an Open Cut Examiners Certificate of Competency and will have previous experience in the open cut mining industry.
