Our client, based in on the south fringe of Melbourne’s CBD, is currently seeking an experienced structural engineer to join their well established team.
Established for over 30 years, this multidisciplinary consultancy offers services including design, investigation, consulting and reporting. They have experienced continual growth over the last 24 months and are now seeking an additional structural engineer to assist them in the completion of an ever growing project portfolio.
Employed as a structural engineer, your role will primarily involve the investigation, analysis and design of a range of high-rise commercial and large scale industrial buildings, with project values exceeding $100m.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the design of large scale buildings, a solid knowledge of steel and reinforced concrete design and good understanding of Australian building codes. In addition a fluency in Spacegass is critical to this role.
This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity both further their technical skills, gain experience working on large-scale, high profile projects, as well as providing a gateway to project management if desired by the candidate.
This position is immediately available. It is a permanent staff position, however contractors will also be considered. A remuneration package will be determined by the particular candidate’s experience, but is assured to competitive.
